Return Policy

I strongly believe you will love anything you purchase from CoraVina. I work hard to personally inspect everything that leaves my shop, and I won’t ship anything that doesn’t meet my quality standards.

However, If you do receive something that is not how you expected it to be, I am happy to accept returns or exchanges on non personalized items.

Returns and Exchanges are accepted when:

  • Returns  and Exchanges are accepted when you contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • You must return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Your Item bust be in NEW and UNUSED condition
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping, as well as, packaging your item securely for return transit.
  • In the case of a refund, money will be refunded  back in the original form of payment. 
Cancellations:
  • CoraVina accepts cancellations within 24 hours. After that, if the item has shipped, you are responsible for returning the package for a refund.
Personalized Items:
  • CoraVina does not accept returns on personalized items. If you run into a quality issue, contact me and I’ll work with you to make the situation right.
  • This includes any glassware painted or scarves in personalized colors or personalized designs.

I do my best to package every item with care so nothing arrives broken. Unfortunately, if your item does arrive broken, please send me a picture of the broken item, and I will put another one in the mail asap.
