I strongly believe you will love anything you purchase from CoraVina. I work hard to personally inspect everything that leaves my shop, and I won’t ship anything that doesn’t meet my quality standards.
However, If you do receive something that is not how you expected it to be, I am happy to accept returns or exchanges on non personalized items.
Returns and Exchanges are accepted when:
Returns and Exchanges are accepted when you contact me within 14 days of receiving your order.
You must return your item within 30 days of receiving your order.
Your Item bust be in NEW and UNUSED condition
The customer is responsible for return shipping, as well as, packaging your item securely for return transit.
In the case of a refund, money will be refunded back in the original form of payment.
Cancellations:
CoraVina accepts cancellations within 24 hours. After that, if the item has shipped, you are responsible for returning the package for a refund.
Personalized Items:
CoraVina does not accept returns on personalized items. If you run into a quality issue, contact me and I’ll work with you to make the situation right.
This includes any glassware painted or scarves in personalized colors or personalized designs.
